About
Carly Shevitz, PT, DPT, PCS
Carly is a passionate pediatric physical therapist who earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2020. In 2025, she deepened her expertise by becoming a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist.
Carly is dedicated to helping children reach essential motor milestones—especially crawling and walking—through developmentally appropriate, family-centered care. She tailors each treatment plan to the unique needs of every child and family, creating a supportive and empowering therapeutic experience.
With diverse clinical experience across a range of settings, Carly brings a well-rounded, evidence-informed approach to her work. She strives to make every session reassuring and informative for both children and their caregivers, fostering confidence and progress through every stage of development.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys yoga, sailing, running, and relaxing at the beach. She shares many of her outdoor adventures with her Labradoodle, Popeye, who is often seen strolling with her around downtown or along local hiking trails.
